Flexible Spending Accounts — Health care flexible
spending accounts, also known as Section 125 plans, are employer-established benefit
plans that reimburse employees for specified health expenses not covered by their
medical insurance. Dependent care reimbursement accounts set aside money for expenses
including childcare (up to age 13), eldercare, or services to a disabled dependent.
Paid Time Off — Eligible employees accrue
paid time off each pay period. Accrual rates vary, based upon years of service with
the Company.
Holidays — Employees are eligible for most
government holidays during the year.

the opportunity to set aside a portion of their salary to pay for certain transportation
expenses on a pre-tax basis; benefit amounts can change yearly as this plan is governed
by the IRS.
