We understand that employee benefit programs are an important part of the total compensation package. Because of the work/life balance of our employees, benefits are designed to be flexible. Insurance Plans — We offer a variety of programs for employees to choose from, including medical, dental, vision, group term and supplemental life and accident insurance, short- and long-term disability programs.

Flexible Spending Accounts — Health care flexible spending accounts, also known as Section 125 plans, are employer-established benefit plans that reimburse employees for specified health expenses not covered by their medical insurance. Dependent care reimbursement accounts set aside money for expenses including childcare (up to age 13), eldercare, or services to a disabled dependent.

Paid Time Off — Eligible employees accrue paid time off each pay period. Accrual rates vary, based upon years of service with the Company.

Holidays — Employees are eligible for most government holidays during the year.

Education Assistance — We recognize that employees are a vital resource whose talents are critical to the success of the company. The company shares in the cost of tuition as an encouragement for employees to increase their potential for career advancement.

Retirement Plans — Company-funded retirement benefits are offered to employees. Employees have the option to contribute compensation on a pre-tax or post-tax basis to the IRS maximum. Employees may need to satisfy certain service requirements to become participants.

Incentive Compensation — The Company offers a formal incentive system that provides bonuses and recognition for all employees. Employees who make significant contributions toward achieving corporate objectives may, at the discretion of the company, receive awards under available programs.

Transportation Benefits — We offer employees the opportunity to set aside a portion of their salary to pay for certain transportation expenses on a pre-tax basis; benefit amounts can change yearly as this plan is governed by the IRS.
